Responsibilities
- Design and develop state-of-the-art business applications using the Pega Development platform.
- Participate in application design, development, QA, deployment, and support activities.
- Implement Pega Case Management, process flows, integrations, security models, reporting, decision and declarative rules, data pages, job schedulers, file/email listeners, UI, and portals.
- Update technical designs and unit test cases while ensuring high-quality deliverables and compliance with project quality protocols.
- Collaborate with clients, onsite personnel, team members, and senior team members to deliver assigned work on time.
- Participate in Scrum ceremonies, provide status updates, maintain client relationships, and support increasingly complex assignments.
- Build technical assets and accelerators and cross-skill or cross-train according to business requirements.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of Pega application development experience using the Pega Development platform.
- Completion of at least 2–3 end-to-end Pega projects.
- Strong understanding of Smart Dispute, Smart Investigate, Pega Constellation, Pega Case Management, Pega integrations, RBAC/ABAC security models, reporting, decision and declarative rules, data pages, job schedulers, file/email listeners, UI and portal development, class structure design, and Pega best practices.
- B.E./B.Tech. in Electronics, Electronics & Telecommunications, or Computer Science, or an MCA.
- At least 1 year of experience with Big Four or panelled SI/ITeS companies is listed as an ideal qualification.
- Pega CSA/CSSA 7.x/8.x certification is preferred.
- Knowledge of Java/J2EE, relational databases, and PL/SQL is a plus.
- Experience with Pega frameworks such as CDH, CLM, CRM, or SD, and exposure to Pega Deployment Manager, are advantageous.
- Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal, consulting, reporting, and teamwork skills.
