Responsibilities
- Design, develop, implement, and maintain software solutions and automation across platforms.
- Contribute to scalable software components, platform evolution, technical specifications, and product or platform enhancements.
- Write and maintain code using Python, Java, and Bash, including testing principles and pipelines.
- Troubleshoot complex software infrastructure faults and collaborate with senior specialists on resolution.
- Build data-supported cases for change and communicate recommendations to business audiences.
- Maintain audit and security compliance standards for software solutions.
- Support internal customers before and after service delivery.
- Participate in Agile squads, lead assigned workstreams, and maintain delivery documentation.
- Contribute to engineering and operational excellence, metrics, process improvement, and knowledge sharing.
