Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Configure, maintain, troubleshoot, and extend enterprise ITSM, monitoring, identity, and related platforms.
- Design and sustain integrations between enterprise applications using APIs, webhooks, middleware, scripting, and vendor-supported connectors.
- Build and maintain workflows, automations, plugins, and configuration-based extensions across COTS platforms.
- Develop scripts, utilities, lightweight applications, middleware components, API clients, and other support tooling as required.
- Translate customer and operational requirements into sustainable technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot application, integration, authentication, plugin, and workflow issues across multiple technical layers.
- Improve platform reliability, maintainability, supportability, and automation.
- Document configurations, integration logic, administrative procedures, and technical solutions.
- Work independently with significant ownership while coordinating with stakeholders and adjacent technical teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- At least 2 years of related experience in systems administration, enterprise application support, systems integration, platform engineering, or a similar technical role.
- Current Secret clearance and U.S. citizenship.
- IAT Level II or higher certification, with Security+ CE as the minimum certification.
- Experience configuring, maintaining, troubleshooting, and integrating COTS enterprise platforms.
- Experience integrating systems through APIs, webhooks, middleware, directory services, or scripting-based automation.
- Working knowledge of Active Directory/LDAP and enterprise identity integrations.
- Ability to write and modify scripts or code for integrations, automation, and lightweight tooling.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, written communication, and verbal communication skills.
- Preferred experience with Jira, Jira Service Management, SailPoint, Dynatrace, Active Directory, Microsoft Azure, Mattermost, or Microsoft 365.
- Preferred experience with Python, Java, PowerShell, Go, BeanShell, Docker, Ansible, or similar enterprise automation technologies.
- Preferred experience developing middleware, connectors, API clients, administrative utilities, or containerized lightweight applications.
