Responsibilities
- Develop and support APIs, web services, and middleware components.
- Contribute to the full software development lifecycle, including analysis, design, coding, testing, deployment, and documentation.
- Troubleshoot application and integration issues and support production and non-production environments.
- Collaborate with application development, architecture, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders.
- Implement and maintain CI/CD and automation practices.
- Support cloud-native deployments and containerized applications.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, performance optimization, monitoring, logging, and incident resolution.
- Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications and integration solutions.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in software engineering, application development, integration engineering, or middleware technologies.
- Knowledge of at least one programming language, such as Python or Node.js.
- Experience developing and consuming APIs and web services.
- Understanding of API management, security, versioning, and lifecycle management.
- Working knowledge of messaging and event-driven architectures; Apache Kafka experience is preferred.
- Familiarity with Docker and orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes or OpenShift.
- Experience with AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform.
- Experience with Git, CI/CD tools, and automated deployment practices.
- Knowledge of monitoring, logging, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies, middleware and enterprise integration platforms, microservices architecture, integration patterns, infrastructure automation, cloud-native development, and production application support.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, learning agility, prioritization, and delivery skills.
