Responsibilities
- Lead automation roadmaps, strategies, and account automation plans for strategic business units.
- Assess and shortlist accounts, drive automation maturity, and align customers on automation capabilities and ROI.
- Ensure project scope, contractual commitments, software, infrastructure, dashboards, and process support systems are implemented.
- Review automation project progress and resolve complex operational, production, quality, scheduling, and maintenance escalations.
- Monitor project status against plans, support successful rollouts, and manage access controls for sensitive project information.
- Maintain customer relationships, gather feedback, close delivery gaps, and support business continuity through customer references.
- Review automation trends and identify capability gaps within the team.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of professional experience.
- Experience with Behavioral Driven Development Testing.
- Ability to lead automation initiatives, manage customer engagement, and coordinate with account partners and delivery teams.
