Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and maintain backend services and REST APIs using Java and Spring Boot.
- Build scalable, reliable, and secure microservices.
- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following software engineering best practices.
- Collaborate with Product, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver features end to end.
- Participate in design discussions, code reviews, and technical brainstorming.
- Troubleshoot production issues and contribute to continuous improvements.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines, automation, and observability practices.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in backend development.
- BE/B.Tech in Computer Science, IT, or a related field, or MCA in Computer Science/Application.
- Strong hands-on experience with Java 8+, Spring Framework, and Spring Boot.
- Solid understanding of REST APIs, microservices architecture, and multithreading.
- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MongoDB.
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, Git, and CI/CD tools.
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented principles.
- Good problem-solving, debugging, analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Preferred experience with Kafka or RabbitMQ, AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Preferred familiarity with API gateways, service discovery, Redis, Hazelcast, performance testing, and load testing.
- Ability to work in an agile development environment with attention to detail, ownership, and willingness to learn.
