Base Salary
$193k - $193k/yr
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders on fixed income and equity trade-processing changes.
- Lead application architecture initiatives and implement technical solutions.
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable front-end and back-end applications.
- Manage offshore Malaysian developers and provide support for Tech Currency and other lights development.
- Adopt reusable frameworks and components and contribute to reusable technology assets.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code and solve technical challenges.
- Coach junior developers and perform code reviews.
- Plan and participate in sprints, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Develop and execute automated tests for code quality and reliability.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in applied computer science or a related field.
- Eight years of progressively responsible experience in full-stack software development.
- Experience with front-end and back-end development, trade processing lifecycle, Agile software development lifecycle processes, file transfer and messaging protocols, and code management and controls.
