Responsibilities
- Lead and coach software development teams while remaining hands-on with implementation.
- Act as a primary client contact and collaborate on technical vision, project delivery, and business needs.
- Design solutions, select technologies, and make pragmatic tradeoffs within client constraints.
- Participate in the full software consulting and delivery lifecycle from ideation through production evolution.
- Develop clean, reusable software and promote TDD, pair programming, design patterns, continuous delivery, and DevSecOps practices.
- Mentor less experienced developers and foster an inclusive, supportive team culture.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of full stack development experience using Python or Node.js with React.
- Experience with object-oriented programming and leading software development teams.
- Knowledge of delivery approaches such as TDD, continuous integration, pairing, and infrastructure automation.
- Ability to influence others, develop and execute technical vision, translate business needs into software requirements, and mentor peers.
- Ability to work effectively in ambiguous situations and adapt to change.
- Knowledge of AWS, Docker, or Kubernetes is preferred.
