Responsibilities

  • Advise strategic Retail and Consumer Goods customers on Azure, Data and AI, Security, Business Applications, Modern Work, and Unified solutions.
  • Translate customer business requirements into secure, resilient, cost- and performance-optimized cloud architectures.
  • Identify and resolve deployment blockers, manage technical and business risks, and drive adoption, usage, consumption, and expansion.
  • Provide technical pre-sales support, proofs of concept, rapid prototypes, and solution guidance for complex customer and partner opportunities.
  • Engage technical and business decision-makers, including CIO, CISO, and other C-suite stakeholders.
  • Orchestrate Microsoft, partner, and customer virtual teams to deliver transformation outcomes.
  • Represent customer feedback to engineering and product teams and influence roadmaps, prioritization, and scalable offerings.
  • Lead technical readiness, mentoring, upskilling, community engagement, and development of repeatable frameworks and intellectual property.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in cloud and Data & AI technologies, IT consulting or support, systems administration, network operations, software development or support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting.
  • 10+ years of experience in a customer-facing role.
  • 8+ years of experience leading technical projects.
  • Experience with Data, Azure, AI, Security, Business Applications, Modern Work, and Unified solutions.
  • Deep technical expertise, strong executive communication skills, and customer-centric leadership.
  • Technical certification in cloud, such as Azure, Amazon Web Services, Google, or security certifications.
