Base Salary
$170k - $290k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build new user-facing products and forms that make Render more powerful and valuable.
- Collaborate with design, product, engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Evolve and mature the Render codebase and technology as the product scales.
- Participate in team planning, roadmapping, and goal-setting.
- Help shape team culture and practices as the company grows.
- Participate in on-call responsibilities with the team.
Requirements
- At least six years of professional experience shipping software.
- Experience collaborating with product and design stakeholders.
- Experience working across the stack, both collaboratively and independently.
- Strong understanding of web frameworks, APIs, and databases, plus experience with multiple programming languages.
- Strong ownership and pragmatic decision-making skills.
- Bonus experience at a small, high-growth startup.
- Familiarity with modern software build and deployment tooling.
- Familiarity with product-driven growth and modern enterprise audiences.
- Experience with Go, TypeScript, React, Kubernetes, Postgres, Terraform, or Temporal is a nice-to-have.
