Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement scalable data solutions.
- Create and maintain logical and physical data models.
- Build and optimize ETL processes and data pipelines.
- Integrate diverse data sources into a unified platform.
- Monitor and optimize data systems for performance.
- Implement data quality checks and governance frameworks.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements.
- Maintain documentation of data architectures and pipelines.
- Train teammates in data engineering best practices.
- Lead technical projects and recommend policy changes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in building and maintaining data pipelines.
- 3+ years of experience as a data engineer with tools like Airflow.
- Experience in backend software development and distributed computing.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms like Amazon AWS.
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Experience with sensitive data and security best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field preferred.
