Responsibilities
- Own technical requests end-to-end for the Praetorian Guard Platform.
- Make customers self-sufficient by building documentation and self-serve tools.
- Turn recurring customer friction into actionable product feedback.
- Ship simple fixes directly to the codebase and escalate larger issues to engineering.
- Measure success by reducing the issue queue as the customer base grows.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 2-5 years in a customer-facing technical role such as solutions engineering or security operations.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose unfamiliar systems.
- Experience navigating a production codebase and shipping reviewed pull requests.
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
