Responsibilities
- Own technical requests end-to-end, including integration setup, error troubleshooting, and root-cause diagnosis for the Guard Platform.
- Create documentation, video walkthroughs, and self-service tools that reduce recurring customer requests.
- Translate recurring customer friction into evidence-backed product feedback and roadmap recommendations.
- Ship small fixes such as clearer error messages and minor UI improvements, and hand larger issues to engineering with diagnoses and reproduction steps.
- Act as a credible technical peer to customer security teams and manage escalations deliberately.
- Use AI tooling and automation to scale customer support and operational effectiveness.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent hands-on experience.
- 2–5 years of experience in a customer-facing technical role such as solutions engineering, customer success engineering, or security operations.
- Ability to troubleshoot unfamiliar systems to root cause across authentication, permissions, networking, and data.
- Ability to navigate a production codebase, scope small changes safely, and ship reviewed pull requests.
- Strong customer communication and technical writing skills, including credibility with skeptical security leaders.
- Ability to distinguish customer-specific requests from broader product needs and support recommendations with evidence.
- Ability to use AI agents and automation effectively without sacrificing accuracy or judgment.
- Working knowledge of attack surface management, vulnerability management, or offensive security is a plus.
