Responsibilities
- Analyze client requirements, software processes, data usage, and system flows to design feasible solutions.
- Develop, modify, test, debug, and maintain software modules and programs.
- Automate software validation by designing and executing test cases, scenarios, and usage cases.
- Investigate issues, perform root-cause analysis, troubleshoot queries, and improve system performance and availability.
- Prepare code, technical documentation, flowcharts, reports, project specifications, and status updates.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineering staff, functional teams, systems analysts, and clients.
- Support continuous integration, deployment, monitoring, implementation, quality, customer satisfaction, and on-time delivery.
- Capture client requirements and clarifications, obtain feedback, and respond to customer requests professionally.
- Participate in continuing education, programming-language training, and assigned certifications.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of professional experience.
- Mandatory experience with OBIEE.
- Ability to analyze requirements and design, code, test, debug, and maintain software solutions.
- Ability to automate validation, investigate defects, perform root-cause analysis, and troubleshoot system issues.
- Ability to create clear technical documentation, reports, diagrams, code comments, and project status updates.
- Ability to collaborate with clients, project managers, engineering staff, systems analysts, and functional teams.
- Ability to evaluate software-hardware interfaces and develop specifications and performance requirements.
