Responsibilities
- Analyze existing software and develop cloud-platform solutions using .NET Core, C#, Azure, and Web API.
- Lead and participate in technical design discussions for high-performance, scalable, and resilient software components.
- Collaborate with engineers, product owners, and QA members to solve complex healthcare software problems.
- Maintain legacy ASP.NET and C# applications through defect correction and refactoring.
- Write unit tests and automate functional testing where possible.
- Conduct developer code reviews, including security checks.
- Participate in Agile standups, sprint planning, refinement, retrospectives, and demos.
- Apply SOLID design principles to create maintainable, testable, extensible, and refactorable code.
Requirements
- A four-year degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience, including developing web-based applications with Microsoft technologies.
- Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET/.NET Core, JavaScript/TypeScript, Angular, HTML, and CSS.
- Experience building and supporting cloud-based solutions in Azure; AWS or GCP exposure is welcomed.
- Strong SQL Server experience in high-volume transactional environments.
- Hands-on experience with Git-based source control and modern development practices.
- Knowledge of object-oriented programming, software design, testing, debugging, and code quality.
- Experience with secure web services and APIs, Agile software methodology, Databricks, JIRA, and Confluence is preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, collaboration, and attention-to-detail skills.
