Responsibilities
- Design and build AI- and algorithm-powered features from scratch.
- Advance the core insight engine using LLMs, machine learning, and algorithmic methods.
- Integrate new data sources into the product with clean abstractions.
- Develop and deploy production-ready Python services and APIs.
- Build scalable data pipelines for processing large datasets.
- Implement evaluation metrics for model and algorithm outputs.
- Lead end-to-end delivery of projects and provide technical mentorship.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Computer Science or Data Science, or a PhD with 2+ years of experience.
- Hands-on experience with AI/ML, including LLMs and Retrieval-Augmented Generation.
- Strong algorithmic foundation and judgment in problem-solving approaches.
- Experience in designing and deploying scalable Python services and APIs.
- Understanding of Python's async I/O model for high-performance applications.
- Solid grasp of ETL, data modeling, and schema design.
- Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and CI/CD practices.
