Responsibilities
- Partner with Engagement Managers on pre-sales activities, including RFP responses, Statements of Work estimates, bid-defence roadmaps, and technical solution presentations.
- Identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities by translating business strategy into technical architecture and programme requirements.
- Act as the primary Technical Design Authority across Solution Architects and development teams.
- Design, prototype, debug, and implement Azure Integration Services solutions using Logic Apps, Service Bus, and Azure Functions.
- Own Technical Design Documents and Programme Solution Designs in line with GSI standards.
- Design bespoke Power Platform solutions using custom plug-ins, JavaScript frameworks, and pro-code extensions.
- Implement and manage ALM using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions and advise clients on environment strategy and ALM maturity.
- Define and govern Dataverse security models and large-scale data migration strategies.
- Review technical specifications, code, and architecture while supporting Lead Consultants and Developers.
- Share technical knowledge, coding standards, and best practices with project teams and the wider consultancy practice.
Requirements
- Deep technical knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform, Power Pages, and pro-code development.
- Experience architecting and implementing Azure Integration Services, including Logic Apps, Service Bus, and API Management.
- Experience with commercial estimations, Statements of Work, and pre-sales tender responses.
- Experience working as a programme-level Technical Architect while managing technical debt and project deliverables.
- Expertise in data strategy, Dataverse architecture, and complex data migration.
- Strong ALM and DevOps automation experience with excellent technical documentation and stakeholder communication skills.
- Relevant Microsoft certifications such as PL-600 or AZ-305 are desirable or applicable qualifications.
- Active Security Clearance or eligibility to obtain Security Clearance is required.
- Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI Service, autonomous agents, or AI-assisted development tools is desirable.
- Proficiency with JavaScript frameworks such as React and Angular for PCF control development is desirable.
- Experience scripting complex data transformations from legacy on-premise systems such as SQL Server and Oracle to Dataverse is desirable.
