Responsibilities
- Lead technical discussions with key clients to understand their requirements and challenges.
- Drive solution development for key accounts, ensuring tailored and robust solutions.
- Provide advanced technical guidance and expertise to internal teams and clients.
- Contribute to strategic sales initiatives by leveraging product knowledge.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align customer requirements with product capabilities.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, building strong relationships.
- Mentor and coach junior team members to develop their technical skills.
- Participate in product testing and provide actionable feedback.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Extensive experience in leading technical discussions and solution development.
- Demonstrated ability to contribute to strategic sales initiatives.
- Strong mentorship skills to support junior team members.
- Adaptability to handle evolving market dynamics and customer needs.
- Ability to independently drive large customer meetings and document solutions.
- Familiarity with enterprise software, identity, and security solutions.
- Experience with cloud-based environments such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
- Security certifications (CISSP etc.) are a plus.
