Responsibilities
- Work with clients and project teams to define business needs, technical requirements, solution architectures, and implementation plans.
- Lead the technical design and implementation of supply chain optimization software for transportation, logistics, and supply chain clients.
- Design and integrate scalable software systems using cloud technologies, APIs, databases, and enterprise applications.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, resources, risks, stakeholders, and escalations to support on-time and on-budget delivery.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior consultants and other team members.
- Oversee testing, collaborate with QA teams, validate functionality, identify defects, and drive resolution.
- Advise clients on supply chain, transportation, logistics, workflow optimization, cost reduction, and operational efficiency.
- Communicate project progress and issues to clients, stakeholders, and senior management.
- Support internal business-line and practice development activities and share industry and technology knowledge.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Experience in technical consulting or software engineering focused on supply chain, transportation, and logistics software solutions.
- Hands-on experience with software architecture, implementation, integration, and client-facing technical delivery.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud and SaaS implementations.
- Strong understanding of data integration, APIs, system architecture, databases, SQL, data governance, monitoring tools, and business intelligence tools.
- Experience with front-end and back-end coding languages including Python, Java, C+, or similar enterprise languages.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira and MS Project.
- Fluent written and verbal English communication skills and experience working with global teams and clients.
- Preferred: relevant certifications such as PMP or Scrum Master.
- Preferred: experience delivering SaaS enterprise software for transportation management or network design.
- Preferred: knowledge of AI/ML, predictive analytics, IoT, TMS, supply chain planning systems, and ERP systems including Kinaxis, Logility, SAP IBP, or Blue Yonder.
- Ability to work in a hybrid model with regular monthly presence at the Campinas office.
