Responsibilities
- Define requirements and design applications aligned with business process and application needs.
- Act as a subject-matter expert and collaborate with and manage the team.
- Make team decisions and contribute to key decisions across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and resolve technical challenges within projects.
- Design and develop custom software applications for finance and corporate performance management.
- Troubleshoot software issues while maintaining quality standards.
- Mentor junior team members and support their professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to align project goals and deliverables.
Requirements
- Minimum 7.5 years of experience with OneStream and Finance SmartCPM.
- Strong analytical skills for interpreting complex business requirements and translating them into technical solutions.
- Experience designing and developing custom software applications.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve software issues efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills for collaboration with teams and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle methodologies and best practices.
- 15 years of full-time education.
