Responsibilities

Develop and maintain greenfield and brownfield post-trade technology projects.
Support post-trade functions and handle business-as-usual requests.
Troubleshoot production issues and maintain high system uptime.
Perform software maintenance and upgrades.
Propose improvements to development and support activities.
Coordinate with multiple teams to resolve dependencies and deliver projects on time.
Collaborate with product management, design, QA, and other cross-functional teams.
Document and communicate technical designs.
Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
Promote collaboration, communication, and knowledge sharing within the team.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
5–7 years of experience in software development with a strong record of delivering high-quality solutions.
Proficiency in Java, SQL Server, Postgres, Angular, Spring, Docker, Unix shell scripting, Kafka, JMS, and Solace.
Experience with GitLab source control, CI/CD, and DevOps practices.
Knowledge of software development lifecycle activities and best practices.
Experience with digital assets and technologies is desirable.
Experience with Test-Driven Development or Behavior-Driven Development is advantageous.
Familiarity with cloud technologies, deployment, and design is a plus.
Strong aptitude for learning new technologies and staying current with industry trends.
