Responsibilities

Lead technical design and implementation for complex employee technology automation and integration initiatives.
Build and integrate APIs, workflows, scripts, platform capabilities, API connectors, and reusable components.
Develop detection, triage, notification, guided resolution, and approved remediation workflows using endpoint and service signals.
Plan and execute testing, deployment, monitoring, rollback, documentation, and operational handover.
Implement authentication, permissions, pagination, rate-limit handling, retries, data mapping, failure handling, safeguards, audit logs, and escalation paths.
Integrate approved AI-assisted capabilities and evaluate output quality against defined cases.
Develop and review Python, PowerShell, JavaScript, or similar code using source control, automated tests, peer review, and deployment controls.
Optimize performance and reliability, investigate complex cross-system failures, and maintain production documentation and runbooks.
Review code and designs, coach other engineers, and collaborate with architecture, policy, operations, and platform owners.

Strong experience delivering and operating production integrations, automation, or service workflows.
Proficiency in at least one relevant language such as Python, PowerShell, or JavaScript, plus API integration and testing practices.
Experience owning complex work from design through deployment, monitoring, and support handover.
Experience with authentication, data mapping, error handling, observability, and resilience in enterprise API integrations.
Ability to lead technical delivery across multiple contributors and explain implementation choices to technical and nontechnical partners.
Degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
Preferred experience with employee technology, endpoint telemetry, service management, collaboration platforms, AI-assisted workflows, cloud services, and secure automation controls.
