Responsibilities
- Design, code, and enhance software components across systems and applications.
- Develop scalable, secure, and cost-effective solutions in AWS environments.
- Troubleshoot and optimize cloud-based applications for performance and reliability.
- Provide subject matter expertise, advisory input, and solutions applicable across multiple teams.
- Lead evaluation and adoption of technologies that improve software development processes.
- Make team and cross-team technical decisions and mentor junior team members.
- Use infrastructure-as-code and automation tools to streamline cloud resource management.
Requirements
- At least 15 years of professional experience.
- At least 6 years of experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS).
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Proficiency in Amazon Web Services (AWS).
- Strong understanding of AWS cloud infrastructure and deployment models.
- Experience designing and implementing scalable, secure, and cost-effective cloud solutions.
- Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code and automation tools.
- Experience with Amazon Aurora and AWS Glue is preferred.
- Strong influencing, advisory, problem-solving, and cross-team decision-making capabilities.
