Base Salary

$300k - $350k/yr

Responsibilities

Design and build high-fidelity, polished product interfaces
Improve frontend craft, interaction design, motion, visual detail, and performance under real usage
Partner with product and engineering to turn rough ideas into shippable experiences
Make architectural decisions for frontend systems that scale with the product
Mentor engineers on design sensibility and frontend craft
Develop broader product ownership by understanding customer needs, business context, and end-to-end delivery

Strong design instincts and a preference for building interfaces rather than only specifying them
Strong opinions about product quality and the ability to identify specific product improvements
Experience shipping complex frontend components involving technical or experiential complexity
Deep expertise in a modern JavaScript framework such as React, Vue, Svelte, or SolidJS
Track record of shipping interfaces with strong visual and interaction craft
Staff+ ability to operate autonomously and make sound judgment calls with limited direction
