Base Salary
$300k - $350k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and build high-fidelity, polished interfaces in the product.
- Raise the bar for frontend craft, interaction design, and visual detail.
- Collaborate with product and engineering to create shippable experiences.
- Make architectural decisions for scalable frontend systems.
- Mentor other engineers on design sensibility and frontend craft.
- Grow into broader product ownership by understanding customer needs.
Requirements
- Strong design instincts with a preference for building over specing.
- Ability to identify and suggest improvements in everyday products.
- Experience shipping complex frontend components with technical or experiential challenges.
- Deep expertise in a modern JS framework like React, Vue, Svelte, or SolidJS.
- A track record of delivering interfaces with high visual and interaction quality.
- Staff+ level ability to operate autonomously with limited direction.
