Responsibilities
- Develop backend algorithms to process articles, chunk content, and integrate with LLMs for predictive text generation.
- Build APIs and services that manage and scale content workflows.
- Create secure, encrypted PDF upload workflows compatible with Adobe Acrobat.
- Integrate enterprise authentication and administrative management capabilities.
- Implement data recovery, auditing, and enterprise-grade administrative tools.
- Operationalize OCR and generative AI models and implement RAG use cases with vector databases and embeddings.
- Design large-scale data processing workflows and dynamic AI-first features such as custom GPTs.
- Establish software delivery release structures and manage infrastructure for custom AI solutions.
- Conduct security evaluations, identify vulnerabilities, and optimize performance across AI-driven SaaS applications.
- Build integrations and proof-of-concept applications using company datasets and AI technologies.
- Evaluate and implement classification, indexing, secure data management, internal AI model, and custom LLM capabilities.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Python and Ruby on Rails with significant backend experience.
- Experience designing secure systems, including encryption workflows and document protection mechanisms.
- Hands-on experience integrating generative AI tools such as OpenAI APIs, LangChain, or Hugging Face frameworks into SaaS applications.
- Strong knowledge of RAG techniques, vector databases such as Pinecone and Weaviate, and embedding pipelines.
- Ability to operationalize AI/ML models and build enterprise client workflows.
- Frontend development experience with modern frameworks such as React or Vue, including the ability to assess and recommend technology stacks.
- Computer vision and OCR expertise, especially for complex document processing and indexing, is preferred.
- Experience with authentication systems such as Okta and enterprise administrative tools is preferred.
- Experience with DevOps, release pipelines, secure release management, security evaluations, vulnerability assessments, or tool integrations is preferred.
- Strong automated and manual testing background.
- Ability to manage data recovery, audits, and compliance workflows.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
