Responsibilities
- Collaborate with engineers, product managers, designers, and analysts on cross-functional initiatives.
- Build, test, and ship customer-facing features that improve customer experience and drive growth.
- Develop and maintain React Native mobile applications with attention to quality, performance, accessibility, and maintainability.
- Integrate frontend applications with backend services and APIs to deliver end-to-end functionality.
- Participate in system design discussions and implement scalable solutions.
- Use data and experimentation to inform product decisions and feature iteration.
- Contribute through code reviews, team discussions, and continuous improvement activities.
- Instrument, monitor, operate, and improve systems in production.
- Use emerging tools and AI-assisted development workflows, and work beyond the immediate specialization when needed.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience shipping React Native features to production.
- Experience building iOS and/or Android mobile applications using Swift, Kotlin, or React Native.
- Solid understanding of integrating frontend applications with backend services and APIs.
- Experience with unit, integration, or end-to-end testing and CI/CD pipelines.
- Hands-on daily experience with AI tooling such as Claude Code, Cursor, or Copilot, including managing context and boundaries for AI-generated work.
- Familiarity with agile development and cross-functional collaboration.
- Ability to work effectively with designers and product managers, solve problems, and learn continuously.
- Preferred experience with experimentation platforms such as A/B testing.
- Preferred exposure to AI/ML-powered features or tools, including personalization, recommendations, or developer tooling.
- Preferred experience optimizing mobile application performance at scale.
- Strong ownership, product sense, bias toward shipping, and ability to support opinions with data and user evidence.
