Base Salary
$154k - $278k/yr
Responsibilities
- Plan and perform research, design assessment, development, integration, and related assignments in DevOps and platform engineering.
- Design, implement, and sustain automated build, test, deployment, and continuous delivery pipelines.
- Support release management, environment management, infrastructure and configuration control, and repeatable deployment processes.
- Improve deployment reliability, observability, automation, and operational consistency while supporting secure engineering practices.
- Provide technical leadership for complex DevOps, integration, and engineering efforts and coordinate work across systems engineering and delivery teams.
- Supervise or provide technical direction to a broad team of systems engineers as assigned.
Requirements
- Master’s degree and 15 years of relevant experience, with education and experience substitutable under applicable labor-category equivalency requirements.
- Experience implementing and sustaining enterprise DevOps practices, continuous delivery pipelines, automated builds, deployments, and release processes.
- Experience with environment management, configuration control, scripting and automation, and troubleshooting complex integrated systems.
- Experience providing technical leadership for complex engineering efforts.
- Preferred experience with cloud platforms, infrastructure as code, containerization and orchestration, automated testing, observability tooling, and regulated, healthcare, or security-sensitive enterprise environments.
