Responsibilities
- Design, develop, deploy, and maintain intelligent automation solutions using Agentic Process Automation tools and Automation Anywhere A360.
- Build and manage solutions using API Tasks, Code Review modules, Document Automation, AI Agents, and Co-Pilot for Automators.
- Gather requirements with business analysts and architects and translate them into technical solutions.
- Develop reusable components and libraries while enforcing coding, version control, governance, and documentation standards.
- Integrate automation solutions with APIs and external systems to deliver end-to-end process automation.
- Test, validate, monitor, and optimize AI models for accuracy, reliability, performance, scalability, and efficiency.
- Implement A/B testing and other evaluation methods to compare model performance.
- Design and maintain automation environments across AWS and Azure.
- Support iterative automation delivery and continuous improvement across the Agile/DevOps lifecycle.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical excellence, collaboration, and innovation.
- Create technical documentation, user manuals, and framework guidelines.
- Monitor automation performance and implement improvements for long-term sustainability.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
- At least 4 years of hands-on experience in AI and automation development, including APA tools and practices.
- Deep experience with Automation Anywhere A360, including advanced APA modules and integration capabilities.
- Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, and modern scripting languages for automation and AI integration.
- Strong understanding of API development, integrations, and data flow between systems.
- Experience developing secure, scalable, and modular automation solutions.
- Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, data structures, and the software development lifecycle.
- Experience deploying and managing automation environments on AWS and Azure.
- Expertise in framework creation, agent lifecycle governance, and versioning strategies.
- Knowledge of RPA documentation standards and best practices.
- Understanding of Agile and DevOps methodologies for iterative automation delivery.
- Technical English proficiency at B1 level or higher.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, documentation, organization, and time-management skills.
- Collaborative approach with leadership potential and mentoring experience.
