Responsibilities
- Develop code using Java, Spring, and NoSQL technologies.
- Solve technical problems using current technologies and engineering best practices.
- Propose and compare alternative solutions, explaining why one approach is better.
- Ensure technical designs are correctly incorporated.
- Contribute technical expertise across projects as required.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of Java/J2EE development experience.
- Experience with Java 17, Spring Boot, and the Spring framework.
- Experience with microservices and NoSQL databases such as MongoDB.
- Knowledge of API/RESTful design.
- Experience with JUnit and Mockito.
- Experience working with agile methodologies.
- Experience using Git and Git-Flow for version control.
- Knowledge of CI/CD and Kafka.
- Knowledge of Spring WebFlux.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, mathematics, statistics, or another specific technical field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
