Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of quality engineers through multidisciplinary planning and ecosystem integration.
- Develop and implement end-to-end testing strategies aligned with business and functional requirements.
- Define and monitor testing metrics, manage test execution, and facilitate defect resolution.
- Design testing frameworks supporting automation and continuous integration.
- Provide technical solutions, make team decisions, and contribute to decisions across multiple teams.
- Drive continuous improvement in testing processes and team productivity.
- Mentor junior team members and coordinate communication across teams and stakeholders.
- Administer and troubleshoot SAP Business Technology Platform environments.
Requirements
- Minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP BTP Administration.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Proficiency in SAP BTP Administration and experience managing SAP cloud platforms.
- Strong understanding of quality engineering principles and enterprise lifecycle management.
- Ability to design and implement automated testing frameworks supporting continuous integration.
- Skill in troubleshooting and resolving complex SAP BTP administration issues.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Subject-matter expertise and experience managing or coordinating teams.
