Responsibilities

Partner with customer stakeholders to understand business goals, identify high-impact AI use cases, and define technical requirements.
Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end predictive AI, generative AI, chatbot, RAG, and agentic AI solutions.
Build agents using frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, and LlamaIndex.
Develop REST APIs to serve machine learning models and generative AI logic.
Deploy and manage applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
Advise customers on MLOps, model governance, secure application development, and scaling AI initiatives.
Serve as a technical expert and communicate complex concepts and project outcomes to technical, non-technical, and executive audiences.
Ensure delivered solutions are robust, scalable, and aligned with customer business objectives.

Approximately 3–5 years of hands-on experience in AI application development, software engineering, machine learning engineering, or a similar role.
Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
Strong proficiency in Python and common data science libraries such as pandas, scikit-learn, and NumPy.
Practical experience with generative AI, large language models, vector databases, agents, and related tools.
Experience with agentic AI development and deployment using frameworks such as LangGraph or CrewAI.
Experience developing and deploying applications, including REST APIs using tools such as Flask or FastAPI.
Experience with Docker and container orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes.
Understanding of authentication, authorization, OAuth, API keys, secrets management, and securing public-facing endpoints.
Experience in a client-facing or consulting role with strong verbal and written communication skills.
Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud platform: AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Understanding of MLOps principles and tools for model CI/CD, monitoring, and governance.
Familiarity with the DataRobot AI Platform is preferred.

Fully remote position with no regular office attendance requirement.
Travel to client sites is required up to 25%–50% of the time.
