Base Salary
$230k - $286k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop native iOS client code aligned with product strategy, engineering practices, and design guidelines.
- Own and lead delivery of major mobile components and platform needs with senior engineers and architects.
- Provide technical leadership for mobile development, including mentoring junior and mid-level engineers and influencing technical vision.
- Collaborate with software engineers, UX/UI, quality engineers, product owners, analysts, and developers across Android, iOS, APIs, and web.
- Review pull requests, uphold Swift language idioms, identify technical obstacles, and improve engineering processes.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and deliver high-performing, engaging customer experiences.
- Advocate for mobile platforms through internal and external developer communities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related quantitative field.
- At least 6 years of professional software engineering, mobile architectural design, and multi-team project execution experience; internship experience does not apply.
- At least 6 years of experience building native Android or iOS applications.
- At least 3 years of experience architecting or leading federated native mobile applications.
- Preferred experience includes native iOS development, SwiftUI, automated mobile testing, modular architecture, state management, mobile performance optimization, technical leadership, shared SDKs, BFFs, gRPC/Protobuf, CoreML, TensorFlow Lite, staged rollouts, feature flags, and agentic AI coding tools.
