Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on technical leadership for teams developing and managing cloud-based applications.
- Lead development teams in an Agile context and drive teamwide technical impact.
- Decompose work, assign tasks to team members, remove blockers, and maintain forward momentum.
- Build scalable applications using Go and AWS technologies.
- Communicate effectively with clients and champion their technical visions.
Requirements
- 6+ years of professional experience.
- Experience as a technical leader with teamwide impact.
- Experience leading development teams in an Agile context.
- Proficiency in Go and its frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with AWS services including RKS, MSK, EC2, S3, Lambda, and API Gateway.
- Knowledge of microservices architecture and DevOps practices.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Kafka or other messaging and queueing frameworks, and relational and NoSQL databases.
- Strong understanding of RESTful API design and development.
- B2-level or higher English proficiency for professional written and verbal communication.
