Responsibilities
- Build, scale, and maintain Incard’s Android application using Kotlin and Jetpack Compose.
- Design and evolve scalable Android architecture using clean, modular, feature-based patterns.
- Collaborate with Product, Backend, Android, and iOS teams to deliver high-quality features.
- Own performance optimization, stability, and memory management across the application.
- Apply product thinking when implementing features and account for edge cases.
- Write and maintain unit tests, UI tests, and automated quality checks.
- Participate in code reviews, refactoring, and technical discussions.
- Improve Android engineering standards, tooling, and best practices.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience building production Android applications in fast-paced environments.
- Strong expertise in Jetpack Compose, including performance optimization and memory management.
- Proven experience designing scalable Android architectures with clean, modular approaches.
- Solid understanding of Kotlin Coroutines and Flow for concurrency and state management.
- Experience writing unit tests and UI tests.
- Product-minded approach with strong attention to detail and edge cases.
- Comfort using AI tools such as Cursor and modern LLMs responsibly.
- Strong communication skills, openness to feedback, and a proactive ownership mindset.
