Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain webMethods integration solutions supporting business processes.
- Collaborate with architects and stakeholders to align integrations with enterprise architecture and system requirements.
- Analyze existing systems and integrations to improve performance and reliability.
- Configure and optimize webMethods Integration Server, API Gateway, and Trading Networks.
- Troubleshoot and resolve webMethods integration issues within the broader architectural context.
- Document integration workflows and explain how solutions fit into the overall system architecture.
- Support architecture reviews and provide feedback based on development experience.
- Keep current with webMethods features and integration best practices.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a webMethods Developer with a solid understanding of enterprise architecture concepts.
- Hands-on experience with the webMethods suite, including Integration Server, API Gateway, Trading Networks, and Broker.
- Strong understanding of enterprise integration patterns and middleware platforms.
- Knowledge of XML and web services including SOAP and REST.
- Ability to interpret architectural diagrams and documentation and collaborate with technical teams.
- At least five years of backend software development experience, ideally involving integration projects.
- Track record of building and deploying scalable services and APIs.
- Experience with webMethods projects; cloud integrations or microservices architecture experience is advantageous.
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
- webMethods certification is a plus.
- Fluent English is required; French is a plus.
