Responsibilities
- Convey the strategic advantages of Snowflake Postgres capabilities to clients.
- Articulate Snowflake's Postgres functionalities and compare them with competitors.
- Identify client success metrics for Snowflake's Postgres adoption.
- Address discrepancies between Snowflake's methodologies and client requirements.
- Provide resolutions to client objections and concerns.
- Develop and deliver customized demonstrations highlighting Snowflake's value.
- Explain Snowflake's security, privacy, and governance considerations.
- Act as the technical expert for Snowflake’s Postgres features with clients.
- Collaborate with account teams to define and execute Proof of Concepts.
- Create content for team growth, including blog articles and technical materials.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Postgres architecture.
- Strong curiosity and drive to leverage the Snowflake Data Cloud.
- Excellent presentation skills for technical and executive audiences.
- Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s preferred in relevant fields.
- Knowledge of OLTP database technologies like Snowflake, Postgres, Oracle, SQL Server.
- Understanding of indexing strategies for transactional workloads.
