Responsibilities

Develop, design, test, deploy, maintain, and improve software solutions.
Lead the team and the entire AI-enhanced development process to deliver successful client projects.
Guide clients in adopting AI and improve AI adoption throughout the software development lifecycle.
Deliver software solutions in collaboration with clients across customer projects.
Work in agile teams and continuously improve processes and outcomes.
Coach colleagues, share knowledge, and act as a technical sparring partner.
Resolve development bottlenecks and enable software teams across their disciplines.

Completed a relevant university program.
Profound knowledge of both frontend and backend development.
Experience with established frontend frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue.js.
Experience with backend frameworks including .NET Core and Express.
Proficiency in one or more .NET programming languages, including C# or F#.
JavaScript or TypeScript experience is a plus.
Basic understanding of software architectures, cloud-native development, and containerization with Docker or Kubernetes.
Active use of AI-powered tools, code assistants, or LLM-based workflows.
Fluent written and spoken English and German.
Ability to communicate openly, collaborate effectively, and share knowledge.
