Responsibilities
- Develop, design, test, deploy, maintain, and improve software solutions.
- Lead the team and the entire AI-enhanced development process to deliver successful client projects.
- Guide clients in adopting AI and improve AI adoption throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Deliver software solutions in collaboration with clients across customer projects.
- Work in agile teams and continuously improve processes and outcomes.
- Coach colleagues, share knowledge, and act as a technical sparring partner.
- Resolve development bottlenecks and enable software teams across their disciplines.
Requirements
- Completed a relevant university program.
- Profound knowledge of both frontend and backend development.
- Experience with established frontend frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue.js.
- Experience with backend frameworks including .NET Core and Express.
- Proficiency in one or more .NET programming languages, including C# or F#.
- JavaScript or TypeScript experience is a plus.
- Basic understanding of software architectures, cloud-native development, and containerization with Docker or Kubernetes.
- Active use of AI-powered tools, code assistants, or LLM-based workflows.
- Fluent written and spoken English and German.
- Ability to communicate openly, collaborate effectively, and share knowledge.

- Gross annual salary range of €81,000–€103,000.
