Responsibilities
- Define and drive the technical vision and strategy for the product area.
- Lead the development of complex, critical-path components.
- Improve application performance for big data.
- Participate in product discussions to align technical feasibility with business goals.
- Conduct rigorous design reviews and set high coding standards.
- Mentor teammates and foster an inclusive engineering culture.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8+ years of product development experience with a strong track record of technical leadership.
- Deep experience in architecting complex, distributed systems.
- Proven success in delivering high-quality output and elevating team performance.
- Ability to translate vague product requirements into executable technical roadmaps.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
