Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver the company’s AI initiatives across products, internal operations, and software-development processes.
- Identify, evaluate, and implement practical uses of AI.
- Use AI-assisted development tools to design, build, test, and deliver applications.
- Take hands-on technical ownership of API services, web applications, and business-critical applications.
- Develop and support .NET-based hospitality technology products, including property management systems, trust accounting solutions, channel-manager connectivity, and third-party integrations.
- Maintain high standards of application quality, security, performance, and maintainability.
- Establish the company’s practical approach to adopting and governing AI.
Requirements
- Experienced AI Engineer with strong .NET development skills.
- Able to work independently and take ownership of business-critical applications.
- Able to establish a practical approach to AI adoption and governance.
