Responsibilities
- Design and deliver scalable, high-performance technology architecture for platforms, products, or engagements.
- Lead architectural reviews and ensure adherence to architectural standards and best practices.
- Analyze complex technical requirements and translate them into effective architectural designs.
- Design integrations between Salesforce, enterprise systems, and third-party applications.
- Collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders to align objectives and make key decisions.
- Act as a subject-matter expert, manage team performance, and provide solutions across multiple teams.
- Mentor junior team members and support their professional development.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience in Salesforce Technical Architecture.
- Proficiency in Salesforce Technical Architecture.
- Strong knowledge of scalable and high-performance solutions within cloud environments.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with enterprise systems and third-party applications.
- Ability to develop and enforce architectural standards and governance.
- Familiarity with security best practices and compliance considerations.
- Completion of 15 years of full-time education.
