Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and support EDI and B2B integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud.
- Build and maintain integrations across Oracle EBS, eCommerce platforms, and external partner systems.
- Develop and manage data mappings, transformations, and validations for EDI and API-based exchanges.
- Lead or support end-to-end trading-partner onboarding, including requirements gathering, connectivity setup, testing coordination, go-live readiness, and hypercare.
- Maintain partner profiles, communication protocols, onboarding documentation, mapping specifications, and runbooks.
- Design and maintain EDI flows using ANSI X12, EDIFACT, and partner-specific formats.
- Support purchase orders, order acknowledgements, advance ship notices, invoices, acknowledgements, exception handling, and transaction reprocessing.
- Provide L2/L3 production support, monitor transaction flows, and resolve incidents, performance issues, bottlenecks, and data-quality problems.
- Contribute to integration standards, design patterns, governance, security, compliance, and audit requirements.
- Collaborate with Supply Chain, Finance, Customer Service, Logistics, IT teams, VAN providers, third-party integrators, and external partners.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5–10 years of IT experience with a strong focus on integration.
- At least 3 years of EDI/B2B or integration development experience.
- Strong understanding of ANSI X12, EDIFACT, AS2, SFTP, VAN, and HTTPS.
- Hands-on experience with EDI mapping, translation, partner onboarding, and high-volume transactional environments.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud or SOA Suite and ERP integration, preferably Oracle EBS Order Management, Shipping, and AR/AP.
- Familiarity with integration monitoring, transaction reprocessing, and error-handling patterns.
- Exposure to API-led integrations and tools such as Apigee or Azure API Management.
- Understanding of REST APIs, OpenAPI/Swagger specifications, and hybrid EDI/API integration patterns.
- Working knowledge of Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, logistics, and fulfillment processes.
- Experience with EDI testing strategies, business and technical requirements, and incident and change management processes.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, ownership, and organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple partner integrations in parallel.
- Experience working with distributed global teams and external partners is preferred.
