Base Salary
$130k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and evolve the integrations platform, including mapping, testing, retries, queues, observability, and infrastructure.
- Develop across the frontend, backend, infrastructure, and LLM or agentic workflow layers.
- Own projects end to end from initial specifications through implementation and measurable customer impact.
- Help define product direction, engineering culture, and company-building decisions as an early team member.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of software engineering experience, ideally in fast-paced startup environments.
- Demonstrated 0-to-1 product-building experience through an early-stage startup or serious side projects.
- Strong proficiency with TypeScript and React for frontend development and Node.js for backend development.
- Experience integrating or building workflows around large language models and agent-based platforms.
- Hands-on experience with AWS and PostgreSQL.
- Experience owning end-to-end feature development across frontend, backend, and infrastructure.
- Familiarity with observability, monitoring, distributed tracing, and reliable retry or queuing patterns in distributed systems.
- Strong computer science fundamentals.
- Experience in supply chain, logistics, or enterprise integration domains such as EDI, ERP, WMS, or TMS is preferred.
- Familiarity with Vercel and Tailwind CSS is preferred.
