Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with research scientists to implement new research ideas.
- Improve model training pipelines and debug distributed training.
- Optimize performance of training and inference code.
- Integrate models into production environments for user deployment.
- Translate state-of-the-art research into robust prototypes.
- Maintain a high-quality codebase with clear structure and testing.
- Build internal tools to enhance experimentation and deployment efficiency.
Requirements
- Experience training or fine-tuning large machine learning models using PyTorch or similar frameworks.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms like Google Cloud Platform, AWS, or Microsoft Azure.
- Ability to debug machine learning training code.
- Effective communication skills for collaboration with global teams.
- Experience optimizing code for performance on GPUs.
- Quick learner of new concepts and technologies in machine learning.
- Resourceful and proactive in problem-solving.
- Knowledge of computer science concepts such as type systems and parallelism.
- Interest in audio processing and music information retrieval.
