Responsibilities

Perform custom development and integrations with systems and devices.
Set up and configure customer-specific integrations, data migration, reporting, analytics cubes, database updates, and environments.
Manage upgrades and releases and support timely solution deployment.
Provide technical support to customers and implementation partners, including on-site visits.
Conduct customer training, workshops, presentations, and develop training materials.
Analyze complex data, solve technical problems, and produce technical documentation.

Demonstrated ability in software development, programming, or applications.
Knowledge of web-oriented languages including HTML and JavaScript.
Experience with SQL, data analysis, and database methodologies.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, presentation, and training skills.
Experience interacting with customers and delivering results within defined time frames.
HL7 programming experience is desirable.
Experience with InterSystems technology, healthcare systems, and Health Information Exchange standards is desirable.
A university degree or equivalent work experience is desirable.
Proficiency in English and one other language is desirable.

The role requires travel to customer and implementation partner sites and may involve spending up to five days away from home each week.
