Responsibilities

Partner with Solution Architects to deliver enterprise contact center solutions.
Provide technical advisory support during business process reviews and help identify customer requirements.
Translate functional user stories into technical details and solutions.
Configure Salesforce Service Cloud Voice and Amazon Connect solutions.
Develop solution designs using sound programming principles and best practices.
Lead development-team task distribution and conduct code reviews.
Provide technical end-user training and documentation.
Serve as the lead technical resource on enterprise projects with minimal direction.

Hands-on programming experience with Python, JavaScript, Java, C#, .NET, or Node.js.
Experience building integrations across multiple systems and REST APIs.
Knowledge of JSON and related services.
Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.
Experience with CloudFormation and Lambda integrations.
Experience implementing CI/CD or infrastructure as code.
Experience with workforce management, CRM, or contact center solutions is preferred.
Experience with WebRTC, SIP, contact flows, Lex integration, and contact center routing is preferred.
Advanced AWS services and cloud architecture knowledge is preferred.
Familiarity with Salesforce Service Cloud and other contact center platforms such as Genesys, Cisco, Avaya, or Twilio is preferred.
AWS Cloud Practitioner, AWS Developer, AWS Solutions Architect, Salesforce Certified Administrator, or Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I certification is preferred.

Remote and in-person work options are available, including work from Massachusetts headquarters or regional hubs.
