Responsibilities

  • Design and maintain secure, scalable integrations among enterprise systems, internal applications, and third-party services.
  • Design APIs, service-oriented architectures, microservices, and enterprise integration solutions.
  • Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code, automated provisioning, monitoring, and deployment processes.
  • Integrate automated testing, security scanning, logging, alerting, telemetry, and observability into delivery workflows.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for application and data integrations, middleware, and message-based systems.
  • Monitor integration performance and health and address reliability, efficiency, and scalability concerns.
  • Mentor developers, conduct code reviews, provide technical consultations, and support sprint planning and backlog refinement.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, operational runbooks, deployment procedures, and system dependency documentation.
  • Lead internal workshops and evaluate emerging integration and DevOps tools and practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, engineering, or a related field, plus five years of experience in systems integrations.
  • Alternatively, a master’s degree in information technology, engineering, or a related field plus three years of systems integration experience.
  • Experience with educational or administrative systems in higher-education environments, including Student Information Systems, Learning Management Systems, or ERP systems.
  • Experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs, microservices architectures, enterprise integration solutions, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Function Apps, and Azure API Management.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps, Git version control, automated testing frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, CDC technologies, batch processing, file-based integration, job scheduling, and workflow automation.
  • Experience with Oracle PL/SQL, SQL Server, database development, stored procedures, message queuing, event-driven architecture, asynchronous processing, and real-time data synchronization.
  • Must meet all U.S. employment eligibility requirements.
