Responsibilities
- Own P1, P2, and complex production issues escalated by L1 and Customer Support.
- Troubleshoot application, microservice, ingestion, analytics, database, authentication, and infrastructure problems.
- Restore services within defined SLA, SLO, TTA, and MTTR targets while assessing customer impact and providing status updates.
- Coordinate incident bridges with Customer Support, Engineering, Infrastructure, DevOps, and other stakeholders.
- Validate service recovery, monitor environments after remediation, and prepare incident summaries and root-cause analysis reports.
Requirements
- Experience with AWS and Kubernetes administration tools such as Lens.
- Familiarity with Kafka, Spark, Solr, Redis, and large-scale data-processing platforms.
- Knowledge of Jenkins and other CI/CD tools, plus strong Linux administration and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience supporting distributed, microservice-based applications and working with Kubernetes, containers, cloud infrastructure, and service monitoring.
- Ability to analyze application logs, system metrics, API responses, and database records, and write SQL queries for investigation and validation.
- Scripting or automation experience using Python, Shell, REST APIs, or similar technologies.
- Experience with Jira, Zendesk, Nagios, Grafana, Prometheus, Splunk, or equivalent platforms.
- Understanding of SIEM, security analytics, ingestion pipelines, incident management, SOAR, threat-hunting platforms, certificate management, authentication, RBAC, SSO, and API integrations.
