Base Salary
$119k - $196k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver scalable, strategically managed automation solutions using Red Hat technologies.
- Lead customer discovery sessions, workshops, enablement activities, and presales technical engagements.
- Create and review task lists, scope projects, and align delivery plans with customer requirements.
- Provide technical leadership during implementations and oversee project timelines, scope, and stakeholder expectations.
- Build customer relationships and articulate the value of Red Hat Consulting, Training, and Technical Account Manager services.
- Provide customer feedback to internal teams and lead initiatives that improve innovation, efficiency, and growth within Services.
- Mentor and coach team members and regularly travel to customer locations, potentially weekly.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience as a solution architect, enterprise architect, or technical consultant.
- Demonstrated success creating architectural designs and leading implementation teams toward customer outcomes.
- Experience overseeing project delivery, timelines, scope, stakeholder needs, and expectations.
- Experience collaborating across diverse teams and mentoring or coaching team members.
- Experience leading workshops, enablement sessions, or customer engagements.
- Experience leading successful modern cloud platform consulting engagements.
- Experience with Red Hat Ansible, RHEL, and/or infrastructure automation.
- Experience with Linux system administration, preferably Red Hat Enterprise Linux or a derivative.
- Experience with identity management technologies such as Red Hat Identity Manager, Microsoft Active Directory, or other identity providers.
- Associate or bachelor's degree or higher in computer science or a technical discipline.
- Active Top Secret clearance and residence in a state where Red Hat is registered to do business.
- Willingness to work on-site with clients and travel regularly throughout North America.
