Base Salary
$119k - $196k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver strategic automation solutions that address customer business challenges.
- Guide customers in building scalable, manageable automation solutions using Red Hat technologies.
- Lead customer discovery sessions, workshops, enablement activities, and consulting engagements.
- Create and review task lists, scope projects, and align delivery with customer requirements.
- Provide technical expertise during presales activities.
- Build and maintain customer relationships and communicate the value of Red Hat Services offerings.
- Provide customer feedback to internal teams and lead internal initiatives supporting innovation and growth.
- Mentor and coach team members and lead implementation teams toward successful customer outcomes.
- Travel regularly to client locations, potentially weekly, throughout North America.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a solution architect, enterprise architect, or technical consultant role.
- Track record creating architectural designs and leading implementation teams to successful customer outcomes.
- Experience overseeing project delivery, timelines, scope of work, stakeholder needs, and expectations.
- Experience collaborating across diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Experience mentoring and coaching team members.
- Experience leading teams in workshops, enablement activities, or customer engagements.
- Associate or bachelor's degree or higher in computer science or a technical discipline.
- Experience leading successful modern cloud platform consulting engagements.
- Experience with Red Hat Ansible, RHEL, and/or infrastructure automation.
- Experience with Linux system administration, preferably Red Hat Enterprise Linux or a derivative.
- Experience with identity management technologies such as Red Hat Identity Manager or Microsoft Active Directory.
- Active Top Secret Clearance.
- Must reside in a state where Red Hat is registered to do business.
- Willingness to work on-site with clients and travel regularly to customer locations throughout North America.
