Responsibilities
- Design and implement automated CI/CD pipelines, promotion gates, artifact traceability, and reusable pipeline templates for agent workflows and platform components.
- Build infrastructure-as-code modules and provisioning automation with tenant isolation, environment modularization, drift detection, and secure configuration management.
- Implement SSO, RBAC/ABAC hooks, secrets management, audit logging, software supply-chain controls, artifact signing, SBOM support, dependency scanning, and provenance controls.
- Implement blue/green, canary, progressive delivery, automated rollback, deployment verification, runbooks, and release-readiness practices.
- Integrate metrics, logs, traces, release dashboards, SLIs, and SLOs, and participate in incident triage and stabilization.
- Partner with platform, DevX, security/identity, SRE, observability, and application teams; mentor engineers and improve lead time and change failure rates.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience building production CI/CD pipelines and operating deployment workflows for distributed systems.
- Experience with Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions, branch policies, pull-request checks, and artifact/version management.
- Strong experience with at least one of Terraform, Bicep, or ARM, including drift detection and environment modularization.
- Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes fundamentals, with familiarity with service meshes and ingress or gateway patterns preferred.
- Experience with secrets management, supply-chain security, least privilege, audit logging, observability, release engineering, progressive delivery, rollback automation, and deployment verification tests.
- Ability to own CI/CD and infrastructure-as-code outcomes end to end, communicate release readiness, document root-cause analyses, anticipate risks, and collaborate with platform customers.
