Responsibilities
- Develop backend algorithms to process articles, chunk content, and integrate with LLMs for predictive text generation.
- Build APIs and services that manage and scale content workflows.
- Create encrypted PDF upload workflows compatible with Adobe Acrobat.
- Integrate Okta authentication for enterprise customer administration.
- Implement data recovery, auditing, and enterprise-grade administrative capabilities.
- Collaborate with AI/ML teams to operationalize OCR and generative AI solutions such as GPT models.
- Implement RAG use cases with vector databases and embedding techniques.
- Design large-scale data-processing workflows and AI-first features such as custom GPTs for enterprise needs.
- Establish CI/CD pipelines and formal software release structures.
- Conduct security evaluations, identify vulnerabilities, and optimize performance across AI-driven SaaS applications.
- Manage infrastructure and workflows for custom AI solutions, including Snowflake and LangChain.
- Build integrations and proof-of-concept applications using company-specific datasets and AI technologies.
- Evaluate and implement tools for classification, indexing, and secure data management.
- Support enterprise AI solutions, including internal AI models and custom LLMs.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Python and Ruby on Rails with significant backend experience.
- Experience designing secure systems, including encryption workflows and document protection mechanisms.
- Hands-on experience integrating generative AI tools such as OpenAI APIs, LangChain, or Hugging Face frameworks into SaaS applications.
- Strong knowledge of RAG techniques, vector databases such as Pinecone and Weaviate, and embedding pipelines.
- Ability to operationalize AI/ML models and build workflows for enterprise clients.
- Frontend development experience with modern frameworks such as React or Vue, including the ability to assess and recommend technology stacks.
- Computer vision and OCR experience, especially for complex document processing and indexing, is preferred.
- Experience with authentication systems such as Okta and enterprise administrative tools is preferred.
- Experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, secure release management, security evaluations, vulnerability assessments, and tool integrations is preferred.
- Strong background in automated and manual testing.
- Ability to manage data recovery, audits, and compliance workflows.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, collaboration, and attention-to-detail skills.
