Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deliver scalable, maintainable, secure, and high-performance software solutions.
- Lead the design and delivery of large-scale distributed systems, define target architectures, and drive technical strategy across stakeholder groups.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, engineers, senior stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliver complex projects.
- Participate in code reviews, promote code quality and knowledge sharing, and implement effective unit testing practices.
- Guide technical direction, train and coach less experienced specialists, and contribute to technology communities.
- Manage and mitigate risks and strengthen controls related to the team’s work.
- Advise functional leadership and senior management on cross-functional impacts, alignment, and strategic decisions.
- Drive continuous improvement, innovation, automation, and adaptation to changing business needs.
Requirements
- Proven experience leading the design and delivery of large-scale distributed systems and defining target architectures.
- Considerable experience managing senior stakeholders, influencing outcomes, driving cross-functional collaboration, and completing complex projects.
- Extensive proficiency in Java, DevOps, event-driven and messaging architectures, databases, automation, and scripting.
- Experience building scalable, resilient, and high-performance platforms.
- Understanding of AI/ML technologies, LLMs, agentic AI, and multi-agent architectures for enterprise software solutions is highly valued.
- Experience with cloud-native and observability technologies, including Kubernetes, OpenShift, OpenTelemetry, Grafana, and Elastic Stack, is highly valued.
- Strong communication, presentation, influencing, analytical, strategic-thinking, risk-management, and business-acumen skills.
- Ability to adapt priorities, embrace changing business needs, and drive continuous improvement through innovation and automation.
